Wreck-It Ralph (2012)
Since today the new trailer for the sequel came out, today's selection is the movie Wreck-It Ralph. The Movie: Wreck-It Ralph is the 52nd movie in the Disney Animated Canon. The title character is the villain of a 1980s style arcade game, Fix-It Felix Jr. Tired of being treated poorly by the Nicelanders in his own game, Ralph enters the game Hero's Duty in order to win a medal to prove himself. However, a mishap lands him in the racing game Sugar Rush, where he meets a "glitch" named Vanellope, and the two outcasts soon find each other helping one another. This movie is full of characters from various video game franchises with plenty of additional references and shout-outs popping up along the way. In some cases, these characters received a disproportionate of coverage in the promotion of the movie.
